How big is the holiday apartment?
The holiday apartment is 90 m² and accommodates up to 7 people. It has several bedrooms, a living room with sleeping options, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a dining area.

Is the apartment family-friendly?
Absolutely! The holiday apartment is ideal for families or groups. On request, we provide a cot and high chair.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome in the holiday apartment (on request). The private garden is ideal for dogs.

Yes, a free parking space is available right by the house.
How does the breakfast service work?
We don’t offer a classic on-site breakfast. Instead, you can easily book a breakfast delivery service through our partner “Semmeldienst Allgäu”. Your breakfast will be delivered directly to your accommodation in the morning.
Please place your order by 5:00 PM the day before using the links provided. Breakfast is handled by the external provider.

How far is it to Lake Alpsee?
The Großer Alpsee is only about 800 metres away (around a 10-minute walk). There you can swim, sail, try stand-up paddling, or simply relax by the shore.
What leisure activities are there in the area?
The holiday apartment is ideally located for activities in the Allgäu:
- Alpsee Bergwelt with the Alpsee Coaster (Germany’s longest year-round toboggan run), treetop climbing park & playgrounds: approx. 5 km, 8 minutes by car.
- Hiking: start right from the doorstep – e.g. the Alpsee circular trail (12 km around the lake) or hikes up to Alpe Schönesreuth.
- Cycling: direct access to cycle paths around Lake Alpsee and the Iller Cycle Path.
- Winter sports: Thalkirchdorf ski area approx. 10 minutes, Oberstaufen/Hündle approx. 15 minutes’ drive.
- Town & culture: Immenstadt with its castle museum, cafés and restaurants approx. 3 km, 8 minutes’ drive.
- Day trips: Oberstdorf (25 minutes), Kempten (30 minutes), Lake Constance/Lindau (40 minutes).
