Special location & mountain climate:
The room does not have air conditioning, but the fresh mountain air keeps it pleasantly cool. Zaumberg is an idyllic, quiet mountain village at a higher elevation – perfect for clearing your head and working, celebrating or practising in a relaxed atmosphere.
Numerous hiking trails start right on the doorstep and are especially easy to walk thanks to the elevation you’re already at. This means you can reach the surrounding Alps without much effort – ideal for active breaks, time out, or a scenic supporting programme.
Outdoor area:
You also have access to a cosy outdoor area with seating and a fire bowl – perfect for breaks in the fresh air or atmospheric evenings.
Celebrations & evening events
The space is also ideal for weddings, birthday parties and other private occasions.
For evening events with a party vibe, we’ll be happy to create a tailored offer, aligned with your wishes and needs.

What is Alpino STAY?
Alpino STAY offers special accommodation and event locations in the Allgäu. From the traditional Goldiger Hirsch in Zaumberg with bed & breakfast, parlour, beer garden and function hall to the modern holiday apartment on Alpsee in Ratholz with its own garden – with us, you’ll enjoy authentic Allgäu hospitality surrounded by nature.
Can drinks be purchased through you?
Yes, absolutely. By arrangement, we can provide a selection of drinks. Chilled storage is of course available.
Do you offer catering?
We don’t offer in-house catering. However, the fully equipped commercial kitchen can be used by arrangement. If you’d like, we can also recommend catering partners from the region.
Is there parking on site?
Yes. There are plenty of parking options directly at the house and in the immediate vicinity.
What about decorations?
You’re welcome to decorate the space to suit your ideas. For larger events or a particularly cohesive overall concept, we’ll be happy to recommend professional decoration partners.
